Although the default management interface for Oracle VM provides a feature-rich interface for administrators, it does not enable some key parts required for a true self-service Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) platform. To enable an enterprise-grade IaaS private cloud system, Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c is required.
