Although faulty insurance funding and payment mechanisms are the single biggest source of extra parts in our healthcare machine, there are others that are even easier to address. Medical licensure is the most obvious place to start. Because diseases, anatomy, and treatments are the same everywhere, it makes no sense to license physicians on a state-by-state basis.
