3 Designing structured inclusive interaction practices

This chapter delves into the workgroup and organizational practices for fostering positive, meaningful, inclusive interactions among members of diverse workgroups to produce equity and high performance. Figure 3.1 indicates where the interaction practices fall within the Framework for Inclusive Interactions.
