35mm    The most popular film size, 35 millimeters wide, used in most point-and-shoot and SLR film cameras.

45-degree lighting    See Rembrandt lighting.

action mode    See sports mode.

adapter tube    See lens adapter.

additive color    The color model used in transmissive media, such as computer monitors and television displays. In this model, all colors are created by blending red, blue, and green together. Also known as RGB color space.

adobe RGB color space    A proprietary RGB additive color space used in Adobe photo editing products; contains the same number of colors as the sRGB color space, but with the colors more widely dispersed.
