2. Creating and Managing Images
One of the first tasks you’ll do in Photoshop Elements is set up your image. This involves creating a new file (or importing a photo or image from a digital camera, camcorder, or scanner), setting its dimensions and size, and arranging it on your desktop in a way that works best for you. Photoshop Elements might seem a little overwhelming at first, presenting you with so many settings choices as you begin working on an image. But a basic understanding of the principles of resolution and print size will prove helpful in the long run.
