14.4. Goodbye Sam

Sam and I met at the coffee shop.

Sam started, "I'll tell you what. Let me get you a fancy cup of coffee instead of the plain stuff you always gulp."

"OK," I answered.

"Make it a grande double breve sugar-free caramel mocha wet extra hot, please," Sam told the counter person.

I took a sip. "Not bad," I stated. "But at the rate I drink coffee, I'd be in the poorhouse if I took a fancy to this, especially since it appears we're done developing your system for a while."

"That's true. All the use cases we talked about in the beginning are complete, as well as the ones I came up with along the way," he said.

"I appreciate the opportunity you gave me to use your system to illustrate the guidelines in my book," I said. "However, some readers asked for examples using real-life systems. So it's time to say goodbye to you so that I can present a couple of other examples."

"Goodbye, and thank you for a great system," Sam replied.
