API Libraries

These libraries offer API implementations that allow developers to build software that uses Amazon’s services without having to implement the API themselves.

Amazon provides a large set of API implementations with samples available in a range of languages for each service interface. Samples are provided for languages including Ruby, Python, Java, Perl, PHP, and C#. Amazon’s sample implementations are not always the most robust or feature-packed implementations available, but they serve as good examples for API developers.

Third-party developers have also provided APIs for a huge range of platforms and languages. There are too many libraries to list every one in this section, but you can find them all in the AWS Resource Center.
