I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Wrapping Up
We did a deep dive into the Ecto.Changeset module, and saw the many functions it provides to help us manage making changes to our data. With its support for associations, changesets can modify related records across multiple tables, allowing us to make complicated changes with just a few lines of code.
But sometimes, we need to make even more complex changes. We might need to change several unrelated records and make sure that they all change together. For these types of situations, Ecto gives us transactions and the Multi module—we’ll take a look at those next.
