So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
The processing loop
Once everything has been set up, we simply need to have the script sit back and wait
for incoming packets and handle them appropriately. For this, we simply
call the process() function every 5
seconds to look for elements arriving on the XML stream:
