- Agile project management
- A method of managing projects in small, incremental portions of work that can be easily assigned, easily managed, and completed within a short period of time called an iteration or sprint.
- analogous estimating
- A technique that uses the actual duration of a similar, completed activity to determine the duration of the current activity. This is also called top-down estimating and uses both expert judgment and historical information.
- assumptions
- Events or actions believed to be true. Project assumptions should always be documented.
- assumptions log
- A document that logs assumptions and constraints and their descriptions.
