So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

This section describes the purpose of a P3G framework and explains how it should be
used.
E.2 P3G policy
This section outlines:
● Which types of projects and programmes the framework is applicable to, e.g. its
application to asset and non-asset solutions, change initiatives or policy initiatives
● Whether the framework is to be applied to initiatives that are ‘in flight’ at the time it is
implemented
● Those governance requirements that are applicable to all projects and programmes
(e.g. all projects must have a project sponsor and a project board)
● To whom the framework applies – for instance, does it apply to external suppliers as
well as internal teams?
● The ownership of the policy ...
