So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Getting ready
We require another application for demonstrating this method of creating an exploit. Here we use the Kolibri v2.0 HTTP Server. This can be downloaded from: https://rejahrehim.com/assets/sample-package/Kolibri_sample.zip.
Our victim machine is a Windows XP 32 bit machine. Make sure to install the Immunity Debugger with mona.py in it.
