Part 2. Fundamental concepts and how they relate to code
Now that we’ve narrowed down the term quantum computing to the parts that are relevant to developers, we can map the concepts of quantum computing to concepts that are familiar to developers.
In chapter 4, we introduce the concept of superposition, which is one of the things that makes quantum computing fundamentally different from classical computing. You will see how to deal with superposition by writing Java code. Chapter 5 discusses quantum entanglement, which—along with superposition—allows quantum computers to be so powerful.
