Simulation and measurement results of the polar transmitter*
Abstract
This chapter summarized the results for EDGE digital polar transmitter. Lab measurements are used to show the effectiveness of using RFDAC-based methodology. Predistortion is shown to correctly reduce the INL of the RFDAC. Out-of-band spectrum is shown to be compliant with ETSI specifications using the techniques proposed in the previous chapters.
