It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
14. Solve Specific Problems
If you’ve suffered through general font problems that seemed impossible to pinpoint, it’s almost a relief to have a problem that’s more specific in nature: Font Book is misbehaving, an icon changes, a font file can’t be erased, character formatting doesn’t seem to “take”... all sorts of annoying but identifiable things.
