I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
THE REC PRESENTATION
What I’m about to describe is arguably the most important chapter of this book, alongside Chapter 7. The reason for this is because the REC Presentation can make a profound impact on hourly employees. At this point, the REC Team has devoted a week to reducing changeover downtime, and they have achieved amazing results. Now, as the last activity on the final day of the REC Event, the team will share that success with upper management.
