Writing a book is not a minor undertaking. The authors of this book know this from experience: Collectively, we’ve labored through the trials of book-writing multiple times, and we’ve also had many failed attempts and false starts along the way. When an idea for a new book comes along, then, it is a brave soul that not only agrees to write it, but immerses him/herself into it, body and soul. Nevertheless, that’s what happened with this book.
