パッケージにデータを含めるには、データで何をしたいか、誰がデータを使えるようにするかに
応じて、主に方法が

つあります。

バイナリデータを保存して、ユーザが使用できるようにしたい場合には、データを
data/
に置く。使用例のためのデータセットなどはここに置くのがベストである。

読み込まれたデータを保存したいけれど、ユーザには使用させたくない場合には、データ

R/sysdata.rda
に置く。関数に必要なデータなどはここに置くのがベストである。

生データを保存したい場合には、データを
inst/extdata
に置く。
これら

つの方法以外の単純な方法としては、手動もしくは
dput()
を使って既存のデータセッ
トを

のコード内にシリアル化し、パッケージのソースに含めます。
