In the previous chapter, we described how the first four steps of the implementation roadmap create the critical mass of informed and dedicated people necessary to initiate SAFe. They are as follows:
• Reach the tipping point.
• Train Lean-Agile change agents.
• Train executives, managers, and leaders.
• Charter a Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE).
