What Is the Marketplace?
The Facebook Marketplace is a mutual effort from Facebook and Oodle, a network for classified ads online. Hoping to capture the growing Facebook user base, Facebook’s Marketplace combines the social and interactive elements of its site with the growing popularity of online classifieds.
