Chapter 27: SAP Intelligent RPA Store
SAP acquired Contextor in November 2018 and rebranded it to SAP Intelligent RPA soon after. At the time of acquisition, SAP also planned to automate half of the SAP ERP business processes. To achieve this lofty goal, SAP took two parallel paths. One was educating SAP partners on using SAP Intelligent RPA effectively to automate business processes. The other was rolling out pre-built SAP Intelligent RPA packages to its partners at no charge.
