The SURFACETYPE= option offers three different types of surface rendering:
FILLGRIDa filled surface with grid outlines (the default)
FILLa filled surface without grid outlines
WIREFRAMEan unfilled (see through) surface with grid outlines
Adding a Color Gradient. The surface can be colored with a gradient that is based on a
response variable by setting a column on the SURFACECOLORGRADIENT= option.
The following example uses the Depth column.
