It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Chapter 7: Enterprise and Portfolio Challenges
In this chapter, we focus on the common problems and struggles faced at the highest levels of an organization: the enterprise and its portfolios. Depending on its size, an enterprise may have one or many portfolios. We'll learn how the enterprise sets the strategy and how portfolios play a crucial role in connecting strategy to execution. We'll then explain the benefits of the lean portfolio management (LPM) approach and how Jira Align supports it. Lastly, we will cover a number of ways in which to improve innovation.
