I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

CHAPTER 2 The Basics of Attracting Birds
The basic premise of backyard bird photography is to provide what the birds need to survive. Like humans, birds need food, water, and shelter. If you can provide a relatively safe perch in your backyard, along with feed and water nearby, you will most likely get a variety of birds coming to have their portraits taken. If you already feed the birds in your yard, you are already one step ahead.
