I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Concurrency with MySQL Explained
SQL databases such as MySQL are more mature than NoSQL when it comes to concurrency and ACID compliance. All the solutions we just covered in Concurrency with MongoDB Explained also apply to MySQL. Only the database query syntax is different.
However, MySQL also has transactions,[42] which means that you can do ACID-compliant operations over multiple tables. This means you can solve the problem of updating multiple tables atomically in SQL databases.
