I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Incorporating Selenium Grid
Well, we have a solution to this. Here is where Selenium Grid comes to our rescue. We already set up a Selenium Grid Hub in Chapter 6, The Actions Class and JavascriptExecutor. Now, it's time to add a node. We will create batch files for creating the hub and node. The contents of the first batch file for the Hub is shown as follows. Name this file seleniumgridhub.bat:
java -jar selenium-server-standalone-3.14.0.jar -role hub
Double-click the batch file. The message, Selenium Grid hub is up and running is displayed
The contents of the second batch file for the node is shown in the following. Name this file seleniumgridnode.bat:
java -Dwebdriver.chrome.driver=C:\Users\Bhagyashree\workspace\SeleniumFramework\src\main\resources\chromedriver.exe ...
