So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Tunable consistency
Although Cassandra embraces the AP side of the CAP theorem triangle, it does allow the level of consistency to be adjusted. This especially becomes useful in multi-tenant clusters, where some applications may have different consistency requirements than others. Cassandra allows consistency to be configured on each operation, allowing for more granular control of reads and writes.
