Those that persevere are rewarded with rich gameplay but are frustrated by the poor interface.
Contrast this to Minecraft,[44] a game heavily inspired by Dwarf Fortress. It has a simple user interface and interesting graphics but retains many of the creative gameplay elements that people love from Dwarf Fortress.
