Brigitte CHARLES-PAUVERS
Brigitte Charles-Pauvers is an occupational psychologist and holds a PhD degree in management sciences. She is an associate professor at IAE de Nantes, LEMNA laboratory. Her work focuses on organizational behavior (work commitment) and the development of HR (social economy cultural and creative industries, etc.) as well as intercultural management.

Régis Dumoulin is a university professor of management sciences at the University of Angers, with specialization in strategic management and organizational theory.
