To conclude the book, this final chapter highlights ways in which one can learn more about Minitab (the author invariably learns something new almost every time he uses the software!) and how one can obtain help with Minitab. Reference will be made to the creation of macros and their application. Brief reference will also be made to further features of Minitab not covered in this book and to Minitab Quality Companion.

11.1.1 Meet Minitab
