So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The previous chapters focused on obtaining a good set of requirements that clearly establish the business need for the system under consideration and the qualities and functional capabilities this system must have to fulfill this need within the confines of a given a set of constraints.
