I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

COVID-19 was a game-changer in the UK and many other countries. Ways of doing ordinary things that you used to do in-person (like shopping for everyday items) you may now do online. Whenever and wherever you buy something, you expect it to match the description you were given. An ex-showroom new car should not have a large scratch down a door panel, it should have the correct number of wheels and come with an owner’s handbook. The vehicle should have the correct engine size, and the performance in areas such as fuel consumption, battery charging time and maximum speed should match published figures.
