Leading Change

While the previous chapter looked at persuasion tactics and considerations, this chapter will broaden the scope to explore the process of leading change when you have limited formal authority (i.e., you are not a CEO). If you are immediately successful in getting a green light on your idea, what should you do next? And if you don’t get a green light, in some circumstances, do you proceed anyway?
