I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
When should you use graph databases?
Most of the things that graph databases can do can also be achieved using a relational database. However, a graph database can make it easier to express certain kinds of queries. In addition to this, they may perform better. You should consider using graph database capabilities when your applications:
- Use hierarchical data
- Have to manage complex many-to-many relationships
- Analyze highly related data and relationships
- Use intensively nested data
