Spend a happy half-hour in the self-help section of a bookshop and you’d be forgiven for thinking that men find the idea of commitment about as appetising as a turd on a waterbiscuit. Just look at the titles: Why Men Love Bitches; The Game; Why Men Don’t Commit; and the heart-warming How to Be the Bad Boy Women Love: Getting Hot Women to Pursue You by Being a ‘Hard to Get’ Man. Makes you want to fling yourself off a bridge.
