I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Communication forms an important part of any measurement system; therefore,
sharing with the relevant stakeholders the results of the process is done based on
any specied approach or format agreed upon during planning.
15.4 Conclusion
Viewing the measurement framework as a decision model is a critical step in under-
standing the need to have sound evaluative models that may aid project perfor-
mance and PM practices, thereby enhancing PM competency (Barclay, 2008). IT

tion of a robust measurement framework that can provide solutions to contempo-
