So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

It is with great pleasure that I introduce the Elsevier book series on Supercritical Fluid Science and Technology.
Research on supercritical fluids and their industrial applications has enjoyed a remarkable growth over the past 30 years. The field has matured significantly and along with it the nature of the research has become more advanced. Applications have expanded to more challenging and sophisticated areas that require a deeper understanding of the fundamentals that are involved. There is now a need for unified treatments that can provide the fundamentals that are common to seemingly different applications and pave the way to new advances in the field.
