I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
About the Author
Peter Cappelli is the George W. Taylor Professor of Management at the Wharton School and director of Wharton’s Center for Human Resources. He is also a research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and a Distinguished Scholar of the Ministry of Manpower for Singapore. He served as senior adviser to the Kingdom of Bahrain for Employment Policy from 2003–2005.
Cappelli has served on three committees of the National Academy of Sciences and three panels of the National Goals for Education. He was recently named by Vault.com as one the twenty-five most important people working in the area of human capital and by Recruit.com as one of the top one hundred people in the field of recruiting ...
