So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The Spontaneous Instructor Style
Spontaneous instruction gives adults the opportunity and permission to try out new ways of learning and to break free from old patterns. Unpredictability fosters the process of “unfreezing” adults from the same old line of thinking. Plan and allow for play, humor, and surprise in your instruction.
