So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Create a User Account
A user account is a group of settings that controls what a user can do in macOS. By creating a separate user account for each person who uses your MacBook regularly, you enable users to have their own folders for files and to use the settings they prefer. You can also use the Screen Time feature to limit and monitor the actions a child user can take.
When initially setting up your MacBook, you create an administrator account that you can use to configure macOS. You can also create a non-administrator account for yourself for day-to-day use.
Create a User Account
While logged in using your administrator account, click System Settings () on the Dock.
