In the previous chapter, we learned how Bison Insurance built its distributed cloud and edge operating model following the processes and template defined in Chapter 5, Building Your Distributed Technology Operating Model. We followed six main steps to determine our operating model dimensions for each operating model stream and, subsequently, our complete technology operating model.
