I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Lightroom settings and templates
The Lightroom preference file
The Lightroom preference file keeps a record of all your custom program settings. On Windows, the Lightroom 4 Preferences.agprefs file is located in the Username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\Preferences folder (Figure A.18). On a Mac, the preference file is named com.adobe.Lightroom.plist and is located in the Username/Library/Preferences folder (Figure A.19). If the Lightroom program is behaving strangely and you have reason to believe that the preferences might be corrupted, delete this file so that Lightroom generates a new preference file the next time you launch the program.
