Sharp Shots In-Camera and On-Computer

In this chapter we discuss several options for sharpening pictures in your computer. Before we get to that, however, here’s a review of what it takes to get a sharp shot in your camera.

I photographed this monk (Figure 11.1a) in Cambodia indoors in natural light. The picture looks soft, a common occurrence in most indoor natural light pictures as well as outdoor pictures taken on overcast days.
