So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

By the time I first came into contact with “Functional Fluency”, I had been in executive leadership positions and associated training for over a decade. On being invited for an introductory training session, this is what caught me off-guard:
- How powerful it is, whilst being intuitively accessible
- How generally applicable it is
But what stunned me was simply:
- I had never heard of it!
