Whenever parents can't figure out a certain technology, the first person they turn to is usually their teenage kids (if they have them). Why is that? It's not because teenagers are technology experts who understand how every piece of technology works and how it was created. It's because teenagers are just technology savvy and digitally fluent. In other words, they understand technology but they don't need to be technology experts. Leaders of the future must be the same way.

He started his career there in 1988.
