Professor Richard Leblanc, CMC, BSc, MBA, LLB, JD, LLM, PhD, is professor of Governance, Law & Ethics, and director of the Masters of Financial Accountability Program at York University in Toronto, Canada.
Dr. Leblanc is a leading expert on corporate governance and accountability. He is an award-winning teacher and researcher, lawyer, public speaker, consultant, and specialist on boards of directors. He has taught corporate governance at Harvard University since 2012, and has been named to Canadian Who's Who.
