It’s essential to know the selected method of exposure inside out and expose images correctly.
This chapter takes a closer look at exposure basics, and I will also talk about how I expose in different situations. Exposure is all about the amount of light that hits the sensor, which you can control by changing the size of the aperture or the exposure time, or both. For example, if you change the aperture from f/4.0 to f/5.6, or change the exposure time from 1/125 second to 1/250 second, you halve the amount of light that reaches the sensor.
