So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

This book has been developing in my mind for several years. As I advised companies across regions and industries on digital business transformation, the ideas and insights grew and eventually overflowed to a point that I needed to write it down. As I poured my heart and soul into the contents, I realized that there were key people around me who contributed, supported, and motivated me to complete this challenging process.
First and foremost, my husband and daughter (and dog), who have been my cheerleaders, comforters, and motivators, keeping me going every time I came close to giving up or slowing down.
