So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
8Concluding Reflections
Even as the ultimate scale of the transformation we're undergoing is as yet unknown, we are clearly moving through a period of profound change in how we understand the nature of capitalism and the purpose of capital itself. The days of pursuing long-term profit without consideration of social and environmental factors are gone, just as the age of our truly understanding how capital might be applied for impact is opening before us. The lessons we've learned from the twelve funds profiled in this book and from the leading practitioners who contributed to this work are clear:
