I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Countless business leaders have asked that question since the earliest days of what Forbes once called the Christensen Era. For me and so many others, Clay Christensen was our guide through waves of technological innovation, from the disk drive—one of his earliest subjects—to the cloud, mobile, social, and beyond. Now we find ourselves at the cusp of what is likely to be the most powerful wave any of us have ever seen—artificial intelligence.
